Dr. Tassia Lee
Dr. Tassia Lee was born and raised in Toronto. She attended the University of Toronto, where she studied the biological and sociological sciences. She earned her Honors Bachelor of Science degree and graduated with High Distinction. Combining her passion for biology and people, she decided to pursue a career in health care. Her dental education was completed at the University of Western Ontario, where she graduated with Distinction.
After gaining experience in various private dental offices, she wanted to give back to the community by helping families without access to dental care. While working at Toronto Public Health dental clinics, she was able to provide treatment to hundreds of children and seniors in need.
She enjoys learning about new techniques in dentistry, and regularly attends continuing education courses. In her spare time, you might find her reading, skating or painting.
Dr. Peter Nguyen
Dr. Peter Nguyen grew up in Brampton. He studied cell biology at the University of Western Ontario where he received an Honours Bachelor of Science degree. Dr. Nguyen entered the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry and graduated in 2008 with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree with honours.
While working in various cities and offices, Dr. Nguyen gained a broad range of knowledge and experiences. He always looks forward to meeting new families and getting to know his patients. To further his clinical training and maintain an excellent standard of care, Dr. Nguyen participates in numerous dental conferences and continuing dental education courses.
Dr. Nguyen is a member of the Ontario Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. Outside of work, he enjoys a good match of tennis or a round of golf.
Dr. Edwin Chau
Dr. Edwin Chau is a specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He completed his dental training at the Western University, London, Ontario in 2008. He then went onto complete his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at University of Western Ontario and affiliated London Health Sciences Centre in 2014. During his residency training he also obtained his Medical Degree as well as a Masters in Pathology. He stayed on to be a clinical instructor for the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery teaching program at Western University, London, Ontario and adjunct professor to undergraduate dental students at Western University, London, Ontario from 2014-2015.
Dr. Chau is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and a member of the Canadian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Canadian Dental Society and Ontario Dental Society.
On his spare time he enjoys golfing, travelling and tasting new culinary experiences.
Dr. Farzad Danesh
Dr. Farzad Danesh is a board certified Endodontist in Canada (FRCDC). He received his dental degree (DDS) in 1990. Dr. Danesh was an Adjunct Clinical Professor at the University of Western Ontario, Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, Endodontic Clinic, when he was living in London, Ontario with his family.
Dr. Danesh achieved a high degree of technical and procedural skill in Endodontics in 23 years of his academic life. He has been teaching, doing research and running his own office for 20 years back home. He has high degree of accuracy in examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning and utilizes the latest technology for treatment. He is very experienced in patient management. Dr. Danesh is proficient in Microscopic Endodontics & Surgical Endodontics.
Dr. Danesh performed many national and international oral presentations, and published his original researches in Journal of Endodontics and international Journal of Endodontics. Dr. Danesh is a Fellow of the Royal College of the Dentists of Canada (FRCDC), member of the Royal College of the Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO), member of Ontario Dental Association (ODA), and member of American Association of Endodontists (AAE).
Dr. Danesh enjoys family and friends gatherings and in his spare time likes hiking, reading, and playing table tennis.
Dr. Yixing Zhou (Grace)
Dr. Yixing Zhou grew up in Sarnia, Ontario and attended Queen’s University for her undergraduate studies. Upon receiving her Bachelor of Science degree with honours, she attended the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry and graduated with honours. While studying at Queen’s, Dr. Zhou had the opportunity to visit Guatemala with a non-profit organization and volunteered to provide dental care to many rural communities. After this rewarding experience, Dr. Zhou decided to pursue a career in dentistry.
Dr. Zhou is fluent in written and spoken Mandarin. She enjoys family dentistry and working with children. Her favourite part of dentistry is the interactions she has with patients. She broadens her dentistry knowledge by pursuing continuing education courses and attending dental conferences.
Dr. Zhou is a member of the Ontario Dental Association. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, dance, and cooking.
Dr. Mina Garan
Dr. Mina Garan (Alikouzehgaran) received her Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHSc.) Degree with Honours at McMaster University where she specialized in Global Health Sciences. She then attended the University of Toronto to pursue her passion for dentistry and earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree with high standing. She is currently a member of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, The Canadian Dental Association and The Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Mina deeply cares for all her patients and will make sure they are comfortable during their dental appointments. She loves building relationships with her patients and will take the time to review all treatment options and answer any questions.
Dr. Mina strongly believes that dentists are lifelong learners. She strives to stay up to date and broaden her knowledge through various continuing education courses. Dr. Mina also has a passion for advocay for underserved communities. She believes that dentists have an important role in providing community service and reducing barriers to oral health care.
In her spare time, Dr. Mina enjoys travelling, doing yoga, and having friends and family over for some delicious homemade dishes!
Dr. Jessica Hung
Dr. Jessica Hung grew up in Markham, Ontario. She obtained her Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from McMaster University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of Toronto, where she graduated with honours and received the Dr. Gary Glassman Endodontic Achievement Award.
Dr. Hung is dedicated to providing high-quality comprehensive care while ensuring patients feel comfortable and cared for during dental visits. She looks forward to helping each patient achieve their oral health goals as well as beautiful healthy smiles. Dr. Hung believes in lifelong learning, and is always looking to advance her dental knowledge and skills through continuing education.
Dr. Hung is fluent in English and Mandarin. She is an active member of the Ontario Dental Association, Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, and Academy of General Dentistry. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys playing the piano, art, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
